Creative Planning Technology provides SMS-based on-call alert notifications to our technical staff. By opting in, you agree to receive operational text messages including on-call scheduling notifications, critical incident alerts, system outage notifications, and escalation messages. Message frequency varies based on operational needs and on-call rotation schedules.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
