SMS Messaging Consent

How our technical staff opts in to receive on-call alert notifications via SMS.

Program Overview

Creative Planning Technology operates an on-call alert notification system that sends SMS messages to our technical staff. These messages are operational in nature and are used to coordinate on-call scheduling, escalate critical incidents, and ensure timely response to client issues.

On-call scheduling and rotation notifications
Critical incident and system outage alerts

Shift confirmation and coverage requests

How You Opt In

Technicians consent to receive SMS alerts through the following process:

During employee onboarding, technicians voluntarily provide their mobile phone number for on-call alert purposes.

Technicians are informed that by providing their mobile number for the on-call roster, they are consenting to receive operational SMS messages from Creative Planning Technology.

Upon being added to the on-call roster, technicians receive an initial confirmation message acknowledging their enrollment in SMS notifications.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS alerts. To re-enroll, contact your manager or IT administration to be re-added to the on-call SMS roster.
